From requirements to production in days.
You tell us what systems need to connect — we handle everything else.
Gather
Our team works with your SMEs to build a technical + functional requirement specification.
Build
Our development system (AI-Powered + Human-Oversight) generates production-grade integration code with full error handling, testing, logging, and monitoring baked in.
Review
Every integration is reviewed by our experienced team before deployment. Human eyes review everything before deployment.
Monitor
Continuous AI monitoring detects failures, schema changes, and anomalies — before you or your business notices. Intelligent alerts tell you what happened and why. Our team proposes solutions before you even know a failure exists.
Intelligent Monitoring
We alert you before you even notice.
Every integration is monitored 24/7. When something needs attention, you get a clear, intelligent alert — not just a generic error code.
SCHEMA CHANGE DETECTED
2 min agoNew field discount_v2 detected in Shopify → NetSuite. Review mapping to ensure no data dropped.
RECORD COUNT ANOMALY
14 min agoExpected 450 records, received 12. Integration paused pending review. No data lost — last full sync 3 hours ago.
INTEGRATION RECOVERED
1 hr agoExpired API token auto-rotated. 847 records synced. Latency: 1.2s — within normal range. No action required.
The old way isn't working.
Consultants that build and leave. iPaaS templates that don't fit your business needs.

Data Security
Your data is yours. Always.
Every integration is architected with security, isolation, and compliance as first principles — not afterthoughts.
Dedicated Infrastructure
Every client runs on completely isolated AWS infrastructure. Your data never shares compute, storage, or network resources with any other client.
Encryption at Rest & in Transit
All data encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. Credentials stored in AWS Secrets Manager — never in code, never in logs.
Configurable Data Retention
Logs and payloads retained for 30 days by default and then permanently purged. Retention periods are configurable per client.
PII Protection & Log Sanitization
Sensitive fields identified at setup and masked before they reach our logging layer. Configurable per integration so PII never appears in plain text.
Data Processing Agreement
Every client signs a DPA before any integration goes live. We are clear about what data we process, how we handle it, and our obligations.
Data Residency Control
Deploy your infrastructure in the AWS region of your choice. EU clients can keep data entirely within EU borders. Full GDPR compliance.
Pricing
Enterprise-level integration without the enterprise-level overhead.

FAQ
Common questions.
We build data integrations between business systems — connecting ERPs, CRMs, eCommerce platforms, 3PLs, data warehouses, marketing tools, and more. If data needs to move between two systems reliably and automatically, we can build it. If you're not sure whether your use case fits, reach out — we scope it for free.
We connect any system using any integration method. For well-known software providers, we utilize their documented APIs. Popular platforms we work with include NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, BigCommerce, Magento, Stripe, Klaviyo, ShipBob, Acumatica, Sage, and Oracle — but this is not an exhaustive list. If your system has an API, we can almost certainly build against it. We also support SFTP, EDI, and flat-file-based integrations for systems without modern APIs.
Yes — and this comes up more often than you'd think, especially with mid-market companies running older ERP systems, legacy databases, or industry-specific platforms that predate the API era. SFTP and file-based integrations are common — if your system can export a CSV, XML, or fixed-width file on a schedule, we can pick it up, process it, and push it into your destination system automatically. EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is another method we support, typically for supply chain and logistics use cases. We'll always recommend the most reliable and maintainable method for your specific situation.
You might not need to switch entirely — but it's worth understanding the difference. iPaaS platforms like Celigo, Boomi, and MuleSoft are tools that require someone technical to configure, maintain, and manage them. You still need internal staff or a consultant to operate them, and you're paying platform fees on top of that. Zapier is excellent for simple automations but isn't designed for complex, business-critical data integrations with proper error handling, monitoring, and custom logic. DLM Software is a fully managed service — we build it, we own the monitoring, we fix it when it breaks. You don't need to touch it.
They can — and if they have the bandwidth and integration expertise, that's a perfectly valid path. The question is whether integration development and maintenance is the best use of their time. Building a production-grade integration with proper error handling, logging, monitoring, schema drift detection, and retry logic takes significantly longer than most teams expect. Our clients with internal IT teams typically engage us because they want their engineers focused on higher-value work — not babysitting data pipelines.
Consultants build and leave. You get code, and then you're on your own — responsible for monitoring, fixes, API changes, and anything that breaks at 2am. DLM Software builds and stays. Every integration we deploy includes ongoing 24/7 monitoring, intelligent alerting, and maintenance as part of the monthly fee. We're also significantly faster and more cost-effective on the build side because our development process is AI-driven with human oversight — not a consultant billing $150–$250 per hour.
1. Scoping call (30 minutes). We talk through your systems, the data flow you need, and the business process it supports. We give you a ballpark complexity estimate and indicative pricing on the call.
2. Proposal. Within 1 business day we send a written proposal with a fixed price, estimated timeline, and a summary of what we're building.
3. Requirements session. We run a focused requirements session with your subject matter expert. You review and approve the requirements document before we write a single line of code.
4. Build. We build the integration against your approved requirements, including automated tests.
5. Review and UAT. We walk you through the integration. Nothing moves to production without your sign-off.
6. Go-live. We deploy to production, configure monitoring and alerting, and hand you a plain-English runbook.
7. Ongoing. Monitoring runs 24/7 from day one. Your first monthly health report arrives 30 days after launch.
For Simple tier integrations, typically 1–2 business days from signed requirements to deployment-ready. Standard integrations run 3–5 days. Complex integrations involving multiple systems, legacy APIs, or significant custom business logic can take 5+ days.
We need access to a subject matter expert on your end who understands the business process — someone who can tell us what data needs to move, what the rules are, and what success looks like. We gather the requirements, write the specification, and present it to you for review before we build anything. Beyond that, we'll need API credentials or sandbox access to the relevant systems.
We're designed to work with business users — operations managers, finance leads, IT directors who aren't developers. Technical configurations on the source/destination systems will need to be handled by someone internally or a system company contact. We need someone who understands the business process well enough to confirm we've captured the requirements correctly.
We will need someone either from your business or your system company contact who has access to the source/destination systems — someone who can set up data export jobs, provide API documentation, etc. If we have worked with the system previously, we can advise and assist on the setup needed.
Before any integration goes live, our team reviews the built code, test results, and payload samples against your signed requirements document. We then present the integration to you — showing you exactly what data is moving, where it's going, and what happens in error scenarios — and ask for your sign-off. You don't need to review code. You're reviewing behavior: does it do what we agreed it should do? Nothing goes live without your explicit approval.
You do. The code we write for your integration is yours. It runs on your dedicated AWS infrastructure, in an AWS account we provision on your behalf. If you ever want to take the code and manage it internally, or move to a different provider, we'll give you everything — full source code, documentation, and deployment instructions.
AI plays a significant role in how we build integrations — and that's intentional. We use AI to accelerate the development side: writing code faster, generating comprehensive test cases, catching edge cases early, and iterating on logic more quickly than traditional development allows. What this means for you is faster delivery and lower build costs. Every integration is designed, reviewed, and validated by a human engineer before it gets anywhere near your systems. The AI handles the heavy lifting on code generation; our team handles the architecture decisions, judgment calls about business logic, and final sign-off before anything goes live. You get the speed and cost benefits of AI-assisted development with the accountability of human oversight.
We use Claude + Claude Code, leveraging the latest models.
Every integration we build includes automated monitoring that runs continuously. It checks that executions are completing successfully, that record counts are within expected ranges, that response times are normal, and that payloads aren't missing expected fields. It also watches for schema changes — if a source system starts sending a new field or stops sending an existing one, we catch it immediately. Think of it as a system that knows what "normal" looks like for your specific integration and raises a flag the moment something deviates from that.
You'll receive intelligent alerts via email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams — whichever you prefer. The alerts are designed to give you context, not just a status code. Instead of "integration failed," you'll see something like: "Record count anomaly detected — expected 450 records, received 12. Integration paused. Last successful full sync was 3 hours ago. No data has been lost." You get enough information to understand what happened and make a decision, without needing to dig through logs yourself.
Both, depending on the situation. For issues within our control — a failed execution that needs retrying, a credential that's expired, an anomaly that needs investigation — our team responds proactively and often resolves the issue before you even see the alert. For issues that originate outside our system — a source API going down, your ERP returning unexpected data — we alert you with context and a recommended course of action. Every alert comes with a diagnosis and a next step.
For Standard and Complex tier clients, we target acknowledgment within 2 business hours and resolution or a clear action plan within 8 business hours for non-critical issues. For critical failures — integrations that are completely down and affecting live business operations — we treat them as urgent regardless of tier and respond same-day.
A fix is restoring the integration to its intended behavior — something broke and we repair it. Fixes are included in your monthly monitoring fee. A major change is modifying what the integration does — adding a new data flow, connecting a new system, restructuring how business logic works. Major changes are scoped separately because they're effectively new development work. If you're ever unsure which category something falls into, ask us!
API changes are one of the most common causes of integration failures industry-wide, and our monitoring is specifically designed to catch them early. When a source or destination API changes — new authentication requirements, deprecated endpoints, schema changes — our monitoring detects the deviation and alerts us. If a third-party system simply goes down, we pause the integration, queue the data where possible, and resume automatically when the system recovers to avoid any data loss.
Our integrations are built with retry logic and dead-letter queues, meaning failed records are captured and retried rather than silently dropped. In the event of a prolonged failure, we can replay historical data from the last successful sync point. Genuine data loss is extremely rare in our architecture — but if it occurs, we work with you to understand the scope, identify the source, and determine the best path to recovery.
Minor changes — small field mapping updates, threshold adjustments, adding a filter — are included in your monthly monitoring fee depending on your tier. Significant changes — adding a new data flow, connecting a new endpoint, restructuring business logic — are scoped and quoted as a change request. We'll always tell you upfront whether something falls under your existing plan or requires a change order before we do any work.
Email is our primary support channel, with a response time SLA depending on your tier. We also offer a shared Slack channel for clients who prefer that — most do, because it creates a faster, more conversational back-and-forth for day-to-day questions. Phone support is available for critical incidents. You'll have a named point of contact, not a rotating help desk. The person who built your integration is the same person who monitors it and answers your questions.
After your free first month, you can choose to continue monitoring at $150/month per integration. There's no obligation — if you decide monitoring isn't for you, the integration is still yours to keep and run independently at no further cost.
Standard integrations connect two systems with a straightforward one-way or bidirectional data flow, standard REST APIs, limited field mapping, etc. Plus integrations involve more complex field transformations, bidirectional sync with conflict resolution, moderate custom logic, or three or more systems. Advanced integrations involve legacy or non-standard APIs, high data volumes, significant custom business logic, ERP-level integrations, or multiple systems with interdependencies. We provide a high level estimate before our requirements call and finalize the complexity rating once requirements are completed.
We catch this during the requirements phase, before any development begins. If the scoping call reveals that what you described as a simple sync is actually more involved, we'll revise the quote and get your approval before we start. We will never build something and then surprise you with a higher bill. The only time a scope change happens post-build is if you request new functionality after the requirements are signed off, which is handled as a change order.
Monthly monitoring includes 24/7 automated monitoring, intelligent alerting, schema and payload change detection, performance anomaly detection, minor fixes (as defined by your tier), and a monthly health report. What costs extra: significant integration changes that alter scope or add new functionality, emergency SLA upgrades, and new integration builds. We're transparent about this upfront and will always tell you before doing work whether it's covered or not.
Monthly monitoring is month-to-month with no long-term contract required. We do offer discounts for clients who commit to annual agreements. The onboarding fee is a one-time charge for the build work and is invoiced once the integration is completed and deployed to production.
Yes. If an integration is being decommissioned or temporarily suspended, you can pause monitoring rather than cancelling entirely. Paused integrations are charged at a reduced infrastructure-only rate, typically around 20% of the standard monthly fee. This means you can resume monitoring at full capacity without going through a new onboarding process.
We offer volume discounts for clients running three or more integrations with us. At five or more integrations, we can discuss a flat-rate arrangement that gives you predictable monthly costs regardless of how many integrations you add. Reach out and we'll put together a custom proposal.
We target 99.9% uptime for the monitoring and execution infrastructure. This is backed by AWS's underlying reliability and our serverless architecture, which eliminates single points of failure. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance and scheduled during off-peak hours.
Your dedicated AWS infrastructure will be decommissioned. If requested, all source code will be provided to you.
Your data is processed and logged within your own dedicated AWS infrastructure. We deploy a separate, isolated environment for each client — your data never shares compute, storage, or network resources with any other client. By default, we deploy in US-East-1, but we can deploy in any AWS region you require — including EU regions for GDPR compliance.
Our monitoring systems observe metadata about your integrations — execution status, record counts, response times, and payload structure. We do not routinely read the content of your business data. In situations where we need to diagnose a failure, our engineers may need to inspect a sample payload — but this is done within your secure environment and governed by our Data Processing Agreement. Sensitive fields you designate at setup are masked in our logging layer and never appear in plain text.
All credentials — API keys, passwords, OAuth tokens — are stored in AWS Secrets Manager within your dedicated environment. Our systems reference them at runtime but never store, log, or transmit them outside of that environment. Even our own engineers cannot retrieve your credentials in plain text. When credentials expire or need rotation, we handle that as part of ongoing maintenance.
We retain execution logs and payload samples for 30 days by default, after which they are permanently purged. Retention periods are configurable — if your compliance requirements demand shorter retention or immediate purging of certain fields, we can accommodate that. We do not use your data for any purpose other than operating and monitoring your integrations.
Yes. Every client signs a Data Processing Agreement before any integration goes live. We're clear about what data we process, how we handle it, the retention periods, and our obligations.
We operate on AWS infrastructure with security controls that align with SOC 2 principles — dedicated environments per client, encryption at rest and in transit, secrets management, access logging, and configurable data retention. Our company is SOC 2 compliant in all standards but is not currently certified.
